At Ideal Strands, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and securely as possible.

Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on:

  • UK public holidays

During busy periods, launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


UK Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard UK Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express UK Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations, including parts of Europe.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Any additional delivery fees imposed by local authorities

Ideal Strands is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international courier services.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost parcels

  • Additional shipping costs

resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping responsibility transfers to the courier.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly first.

We will always do our best to assist with investigations where possible, but we are not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to courier issues beyond our control.


Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect address information

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Pre-Orders

Any items marked as pre-order will include an estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
