At Ideal Strands, we are committed to providing premium quality hair products and excellent customer service. This policy complies with applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws.

Returns & Cancellation Rights

If you are purchasing from the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags, ties, seals, and hygiene labels fully intact

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way.

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@idealstrandsgb.network.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Where applicable, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund in accordance with UK and EU consumer laws.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges will only be refunded where legally required

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened hair products

  • Worn extensions

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
